One of the most important ways to handle stress is to Know yourself.

Ask yourself: What triggers your anxiety?

If for example it is your job, then maybe it’s time for you to reconsider whether it would be best to find a less stressful job. You can also make your job more tolerable by allowing yourself to get that needed vacation or leave.
