How do you apply to lease an office or factory?

Simply phone 5446 1558 and make a time to inspect the premises you are interested in.

Download a Tenant Application Form, fill the form in, attach the information requested (eg. Business Plan) and return it to Workspace Australia Ltd, 12 Hall Street, Eaglehawk, 3556.  If you do not have a business plan, click this link for a sample business plan to assist you.

What will happen next?

Your application will be assessed and an appointment time for you to attend an interview will be made.  You will need to be able to sell your business idea and demonstrate how your business will be successful.

You will need to present the following documents either with the application or at the interview:

-  Business Registration (if applicable)

-  Cashflow forecasts

-  Financial Statements for last financial year (trading, profit, loss) if appropriate

-  Business Plan

Following the interview a decision will be made on your eligibility and you will be advised accordingly.
