This site consists of 12 light industrial spaces, and offices.  Close to Melbourne and the airport, it offers an ideal site for start up businesses who cannot afford Melbourne rentals.  There is plenty of parking and yard space for businesses that might only require an outdoor area for parking of trucks as it is close to the busy Tullamarine transport hub.

Tenants are responsible for their own telephone connection and call charges.  Tenants are responsible for GST and electricity, which is separately metered to each site.  Rates, water and general cleaning are included in the monthly statements.
