Workspace Donald

This site contains five small factories ranging in size from 108sq.mts to 144sq.mts.  Each factory is fitted with an easy access roller door and has three phase power and a yard.

Tenants are responsible for GST, telephone connection and call charges, also for connection and usage of power.  Tenants pay a percentage of rates and water for the site, this is included in the monthly statements.

Currently there are no tenants at Workspace Donald, expressions of interest are now being taken for these factories.
