In addition to providing low cost accommodation, Workspace Australia offers business advice and support.  Staff are available to offer advice and guidance for any business in the Network.  There is no charge for this service.

For interested businesses not renting space, we offer an Associate Membership which provides you access to our resources and advice and support from staff for $110.00 per annum (inc. GST). Time is limited to four (4) hours of advice and assistance.

Rebecca is a qualified accountant with over 17 years experience.  Rebecca can provide assistance with accounts, GST and BAS issues, cashflows, budgets, profit and loss, payroll, super, workcover, etc.

Rebecca can advise on other matters such as insurance, office systems, debt collection and creditor payment terms.  If no staff member is able to assist with your problem our referral system will link you to a professional to resolve the matter.

 

Neil Ham, Business Support Officer

Neil travels between Workspace's seven centres - providing contact and support to tenants with issues relating to production, sales, advertising, marketing, maintenance, etc.

Neil's experience in business comes from operating his own business and previous employment for national companies.

Stephen is working with businesses to expand their products, providing costings, import and export advice, registering trademarks and patents, in addition to providing general assistance in procedures for workshops and office administration.

Stephen is a small business owner and spends three days per week working intensively with tenants to market their business and increase sales.

 

Frank Cinquegrana, Business Mentor

Frank 1.JPG Frank comes to us with 10 years experience founding and running his own business of up to 72 employees in 3 states. Frank has spent much of his adult life in the sales environment and has mentored children, teenagers and adults in sporting, not for profit and corporate environments.  He also has experience as a fitter & turner,  tool maker and sporting coach.

Frank assists tenants to gain new markets for their products and to help make their businesses more profitable . Frank is available every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to all Workspace tenants.

 

Annette Wiles, Reception / Administration Officer

Annette is the first port of call when you call Workspace. Annette can help you with any enquiries about Workspace sites. Together with Neil Ham,  Annette will organise for any needed maintenance to be carried out at your Workspace office or factory.

 

Jessica Benmasaud, Adminstrative Assistant

Jessica is the new addition to Workspace Australia. Jessica assists in the day to day operations of the Workspace office, and will help with any enquiry.

 

The office produces a monthly newsletter for Workspace -   if you would like your business featured in the newsletter, please contact the office or email some information and a photograph.
